We are Templar!
Templar is a rock cover band from New Bern, North Carolina playing the best 90's era rock music. Our music is edgy, hard hitting and never the same old bar hits you've grown tired of. The band members have decades of combined rock band experience and come prepared to offer you a great day or evening of entertainment.

We cover a variety of songs from great bands like Tonic, Creed, Stone Temple Pilots, Collective Soul, 3 Doors Down, Bush and many more.
The Band
Harold Hart is the front man and lead singer of the band, bringing along 30 plus years of music experience. Originally from the D.C. area, Harold has been the frontman of multiple bands such as Juggler, Robinson Cruiser, Under The Table, Bombay Circus and Valentino. He is wide open, engaging and refuses to be ignored! Harold sets the tone for the performance, personifies the spirit of the band and gets the crowd involved.
Bill Sisk sits behind the drum kit and is the dynamic timekeeper for the band. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Bill has been in several bands including a progressive rock band that played together for 15 years.
Bill's strength is his driving tempo, keeping the band on course and the audience engaged.
Shelton Harvell has been playing bass for 40 years and provides the thumping groove behind Templar. He has played in multiple bands, developing a driving, gut punching style and chest pounding sound you expect from a live performance.
Bif Lawrence has been playing guitar for 45 years. Originally from New York State, Bif brings in the rythm and lead sections of Templar. Never flashy and always cool, his experience includes cover band gigs in upstate NY and PA as well as writing and recording original music.
